Integration SupervisorLocation: Espoo, Uusimaa, FinlandJob Type: Full-time | On-siteWe are looking for an experienced Integration Supervisor to support the delivery of a large-scale data centre project in the Helsinki region. This on-site role focuses on coordinating MEP, telecoms, and architectural services, ensuring smooth interfaces between trades and maintaining strong standards across safety, quality, and programme delivery. You will play a hands-on supervisory role, supporting installation activities through to commissioning and handover. Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily site activities with multiple trades and disciplinesSupervise integration of MEP, telecoms, and architectural servicesPrepare and issue weekly progress reportsDeliver toolbox talks and site safety briefingsMaintain two-week lookahead schedules aligned with the project programmeAttend daily coordination meetings and report progress and issuesManage labour levels in line with programme requirementsEnsure high-quality workmanship across all installationsMonitor subcontractor performance against scope, schedule, and qualityIdentify and report variations, delays, and risksOversee plant, equipment, and material compliance with specificationsCoordinate deliveries, storage, and site logisticsVerify certification and condition of subcontractor plant and access equipmentEnforce HSEQ requirements and promote safe systems of workMaintain high housekeeping standards on siteComplete weekly safety observation (“Don’t Walk By”) reportsRequirementsThird-level qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related disciplineProven experience in a similar supervisory role within an M&E environmentTelecoms experience is essentialData centre experience is beneficial but not mandatoryStrong organisational and communication skillsConfident using MS Word and ExcelSalary & Package€70,000 – €80,000 salaryAccommodation providedRotation scheduleTravel covered€1,300 net monthly living allowanceOpportunity to work on a major European data centre projectLong-term career development and progression
