Renowned for their technical expertise and high-quality delivery, the company specialises in mission-critical environments including hyperscale data centre developments.Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, our client is seeking an experienced Electrical Package Manager to lead the delivery of a £30m electrical package on a large, multi-phased data centre project in Finland.The successful candidate will take full responsibility for managing the electrical scope of works from installation through to commissioning and handover. Working closely with the main contractor, client representatives, and internal delivery teams, the Electrical Package Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of this high-value package within a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.The successful candidate will work closely with project directors, construction teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders to ensure all electrical works are delivered in line with design intent, programme requirements, and the highest safety and quality standards.Key Responsibilities• Take full ownership of a £30m electrical package on a large-scale, multi-phased data centre project in Finland• Manage and coordinate all electrical works including LV/MV distribution, UPS systems, generators, containment, cabling, and associated infrastructure• Lead site-based teams, supervisors, and specialist subcontractors to ensure efficient and safe delivery of works• Ensure all electrical installations are delivered in accordance with specifications, drawings, and programme milestones• Develop, manage, and track detailed project programmes, resource plans, and procurement schedules• Monitor progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain programme and budget targets• Drive a strong health & safety culture across all electrical activities on site• Coordinate closely with the main contractor, consultants, and client teams to resolve technical and sequencing challenges• Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover processes, ensuring systems meet operational and performance requirements• Manage quality assurance processes, inspections, and documentation across all phases of the project• Provide regular reporting on progress, costs, risks, and performance to senior management• Support commercial teams with cost control, change management, and procurement activitiesIn Return, Our Client OffersHighly competitive basic salaryAccommodation and rotation support (where applicable)Flights and travel allowancePerformance-related bonus structureHealthcarePensionOpportunity to lead a significant electrical package on a flagship European data centre project, with excellent long-term career progression within a specialist electrical contractor
