With extensive experience in mission-critical environments, the company is currently delivering a hyperscale, multi-phased data centre development with a programme spanning over 7 years.Due to the long-term nature and scale of this flagship project, our client is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join the senior delivery team in Finland.The successful candidate will take responsibility for the management and coordination of all electrical works across multiple phases of the development. Working closely with project directors, construction teams, design consultants, and specialist subcontractors, the Electrical Project Manager will play a key role in driving programme delivery, ensuring technical excellence, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality on this major mission-critical scheme.The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure all electrical systems are delivered in line with design intent, programme requirements, and operational performance standards expected of a hyperscale data centre facility.Key Responsibilities• Manage and coordinate all electrical works across a hyperscale, multi-phased data centre project in Finland• Oversee subcontractors delivering key electrical packages including MV/LV distribution, UPS systems, generators, busbar, containment, and cabling infrastructure• Ensure all electrical installations are delivered in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and programme milestones• Develop and manage project programmes, tracking progress across multiple phases of the development• Lead coordination between design teams, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical challenges and ensure efficient sequencing of works• Drive a strong health & safety culture across all electrical activities on site• Monitor quality assurance processes and ensure all installations meet stringent mission-critical standards• Oversee testing, commissioning, and phased handover of electrical systems• Manage project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure delivery within budget and programme constraints• Provide regular reporting to senior leadership and client stakeholders on progress, risks, and performance• Support commercial teams with procurement, cost control, and change managementIn Return, Our Client OffersCompetitive basic salaryAccommodation and rotation support (where applicable)Flights and travel allowanceAttractive bonus structureHealthcarePensionOpportunity to work on a flagship hyperscale data centre project with a 7-year delivery programme, offering long-term stability and career progression within a leading international main contractor
