They provide a full turnkey solution, managing projects from initial design and groundworks through to construction, M&E installation, fit-out and final handover. With a current turnover of €1.3bn and annual growth of 10–15%, they continue to be a leading force within the European data centre market.The OpportunityDue to continued expansion, the company is now seeking an experienced Energy Marshall to join the project team delivering a €500m+ hyperscale Data Centre in Finland.Role OverviewThe Energy Marshall will take responsibility for the oversight, control and safe management of all electrical energy systems during the construction phase. Acting as the central coordination point for all energy-related activities, the role ensures the correct and compliant execution of energisation, isolation and commissioning procedures in line with project, safety and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:• Manage and enforce Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures across the site• Coordinate temporary and permanent electrical energisation activities• Ensure all works comply with health, safety and environmental standards• Liaise closely with subcontractors, commissioning teams and client representatives• Maintain accurate documentation of all energy-related permits, records and activities• Support investigations into any incidents or near misses involving electrical systemsRequirements:• Electrical or engineering background with relevant qualifications• Experience working on large-scale construction projects, ideally within data centres or similarly complex environments• Strong working knowledge of electrical safety regulations, procedures and best practices• Demonstrated ability to manage high-risk energy environments safely and effectivelyIn return our client offers a full comprehensive package including individual accommodation, allowances and bonus
