Electrical Supervisor Data Centre Construction:Our client is a multi-disciplined main contractor operating across the UK and Europe with a turnover of €750m and sustained annual growth of 5%–7.5%. They deliver large-scale, turnkey projects for blue-chip clients, with a strong focus on data centres and other technology-heavy developments.Due to continued growth and a recent major project win, our client is now seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to support the delivery of electrical services on a flagship data centre project in Amsterdam, Netherlands. This is a site-based role working closely with the Electrical Lead and wider project team on a complex, high-value project.Key Duties & Responsibilities• Supervise day-to-day electrical installation works on site• Coordinate and oversee electrical subcontractors and labour• Ensure works are carried out safely, in line with project RAMS, programme, and quality requirements• Support the Electrical Lead with planning, sequencing, and short-term look-ahead scheduling• Monitor progress against programme and report issues or delays• Carry out quality inspections and ensure installations meet specifications and standards• Assist with review of drawings, method statements, and permits to work• Manage site inspections, snagging, and defect resolution• Support testing, commissioning, and integrated systems testing activities• Maintain accurate site records, reports, and as-built information• Liaise with other trades to ensure coordinated deliverySalary & Benefits Package• Competitive basic salary• Fully expensed accommodation in Amsterdam• Allowances package (travel, subsistence, rotation where applicable)• Pension scheme• Private healthcare• Bonus• Additional benefits and progression opportunities on future European projects
