Electrical LeadData Centre Construction:Our client is a multi-disciplined main contractor operating across the UK and Europe with a turnover of €750m and sustained annual growth of 5%–7.5%. They deliver large-scale, turnkey projects for blue-chip clients, with a strong focus on data centres and other technology-heavy developments.Due to continued growth and a recent major project win, our client is now seeking an experienced Electrical Lead to take full responsibility for the electrical services delivery on a flagship data centre project in Amsterdam, Netherlands. This is a senior, site-based leadership role on a complex, high-value project.Key Duties & Responsibilities• Overall responsibility for the delivery of all electrical services on the project• Lead the electrical scope from design coordination through procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover• Manage and coordinate electrical subcontractors, specialist vendors, and suppliers• Act as the primary technical authority on site for electrical systems (LV/HV, UPS, generators, switchgear, containment, earthing, and BMS/EMS interfaces)• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to required quality standards• Review and approve technical submissions, drawings, and method statements• Manage RFIs, change control, and technical queries in collaboration with the wider project team• Coordinate closely with Mechanical, CSA, commissioning, and project management teams• Drive compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and client standards• Support integrated systems testing (IST) and commissioning activities through to final handover• Liaise directly with the client, consultants, utility providers, and third-party inspectorsSalary & Benefits Package• Competitive basic salary• Fully expensed accommodation in Amsterdam• Extensive allowances package (travel, subsistence, rotation where applicable)• Pension scheme• Private healthcare• Performance-related bonus• Additional benefits and long-term career progression opportunities
