This is a key leadership role responsible for delivering telecommunications infrastructure and structured cabling systems, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while meeting client specifications.Key Responsibilities• Manage structured cabling and ICT infrastructure delivery on site• Fully understand and manage client specifications and expectations• Oversee day-to-day site operations including safety and quality• Manage project schedule and ensure programme delivery• Control project costs including labour, materials, plant, variations, and valuations• Manage subcontractors and track progress against programme• Attend client and internal project meetings• Implement and maintain company procedures across the project• Ensure effective change management (cost & programme impact)• Manage full project close-out including O&M manuals, QA files, safety file, and final accounts• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project executionRequirements• 3–5 years' experience in a similar ICT / cabling project management role• Strong experience in structured cabling and telecoms infrastructure• Experience working on construction or data centre projects preferred• Strong commercial awareness and project cost control experience• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills• Ability to travel across Europe as required• Strong IT skills (MS Office, reporting tools)
