Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP or CSA) – Sines, PortugalLocation: Sines region, PortugalExperience Level: Intermediate to Senior (senior preferred)Salary: €100,000 - €110,000 + Accommodation + Transport + Rotation + €1,000 Living Cost p/mWe’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor (or Senior Quantity Surveyor) with either MEP (Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing) or CSA (Commissioning, Start-up & Assurance) experience — ideally with exposure to both. You’ll join a major construction project based in Sines, Portugal, working on a fixed site basis. Accommodation is provided, but rotation is not offered.Key Responsibilities:Cost control, measurement and valuation of works (MEP & Civil/Structural scopes)Contract administration and negotiation with subcontractorsPreparation of tender packages, variation assessments and cost forecastsWork closely with project controls, procurement, and commercial teamsReporting to senior management / commercial directors Key Requirements:Proven experience as QS or Senior QS in MEP or CSA environmentsStrong experience in cost management, contract law and claims managementFamiliarity with large-scale construction projects (ideally industrial or high-tech)Excellent communication and strong commercial acumenWillingness to relocate to Portugal and work full-time on site
