Electrical Lead PortugalLocation: Snes€95,000 - €100,000 + Accommodation + Rotation + Travel + Living Allowance In this role you will be working with one of Europe’s leading dedicated data centre delivery partners, is seeking an experienced Electrical Lead to join our high-performing project team in Sintra, Lisbon.In this position, you will lead, coordinate, and deliver all Electrical works across a major project, ensuring excellence in quality, safety, schedule, and performance. This is a key leadership role working alongside multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and client representatives.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive productivity through effective weekly and daily work planning.Coordinate electrical design efforts with internal engineering, BIM, and subcontractor teams.Supervise all Electrical installation works, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance.Track labour, resources, and materials; manage long-lead procurement forecasting.Lead weekly meetings with supervisors, foremen, Safety, QA, and BIM teams.Review, track, and close out project documentation and foremen reports.Maintain stakeholder communication and ensure alignment with project goals.Prepare comprehensive weekly reporting, including incidents, schedule updates, lookaheads, procurement, variation logs, and risk notifications.Requirements10+ years’ experience managing major Electrical projects (commercial, industrial, large-scale developments).Data centre project experience highly advantageous.Engineering qualification preferred.Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and schedules.Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.Excellent planning, coordination, and reporting capabilities.BenefitsWork with a leading name in European Data Centre Construction.Be part of a high-growth sector delivering essential infrastructure.Strong career progression opportunities and professional development support.Competitive compensation package.Equal opportunities employer.
