With a strong pipeline of hyperscale developments and long-term client frameworks in place, this role offers stability, senior-level influence, and clear progression within a rapidly growing business.As Senior Procurement Manager, you will lead all procurement activities across MEP, CSA, and specialist data centre packages, ensuring materials, equipment, and subcontract services are secured in line with programme, cost, and quality requirements. You will work closely with project directors, commercial teams, engineering, and construction leadership to support seamless project execution.This is a senior, site-based role with strategic responsibility on a high-profile campus project.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and implement the project procurement strategy aligned with programme and commercial objectivesManage procurement of major CSA, MEP, and specialist mission-critical packagesOversee supplier and subcontractor prequalification, tendering, evaluation, and appointmentNegotiate commercial terms, pricing, lead times, and delivery schedulesManage long-lead items critical to data centre delivery (switchgear, generators, UPS, chillers, etc.)Coordinate closely with engineering and construction teams to align procurement with design development and construction sequencingEnsure procurement activities comply with internal governance, compliance, and audit requirementsMonitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and contractual obligationsIdentify procurement risks and develop mitigation strategiesSupport value engineering, cost certainty, and supply chain optimisationProvide leadership and mentorship to site and regional procurement team membersReport procurement status, risks, and progress to senior project and business leadershipSkills & QualificationsDegree-qualified in Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Construction Management, or similarMinimum 8+ years’ experience in procurement within construction or engineering environmentsProven experience on large-scale data centre, mission-critical, pharmaceutical, or industrial projectsStrong understanding of MEP and CSA procurement for complex projectsDemonstrated experience managing high-value packages and long-lead equipmentExcellent commercial awareness and contract negotiation skillsStrong stakeholder management and leadership capabilityProcess-driven with a focus on governance, compliance, and risk managementEU passport or right to work in Portugal requiredWhat’s on OfferSenior leadership role on a flagship hyperscale data centre projectLong-term pipeline of European mission-critical workHigh level of autonomy and influence on procurement strategyCompetitive senior salary with full overseas packageClear progression into regional or European procurement leadership roles
