This role involves leading multidisciplinary teams through design, construction, commissioning, and final handover, ensuring all MEP systems are delivered to the highest standards.The position requires strong technical leadership, excellent coordination skills, and extensive experience working on large-scale, high-tech, or mission-critical projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and coordinate all MEP services across design, installation, commissioning, and handoverOversee MEP teams including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractorsConduct and approve technical reviews, design documentation, submittals, and method statementsEnsure compliance with project specifications, quality requirements, and safety regulationsLiaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain alignment and resolve issues promptlyIdentify and mitigate design and construction conflicts to maintain project scheduleDrive commissioning readiness and ensure smooth system handoverSupport project planning, progress tracking, forecasting, and reportingEnsure all MEP activities integrate seamlessly with structural, architectural, and specialist disciplinesRequirementsDegree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related discipline)Minimum 10+ years’ experience on large-scale construction or mission-critical projectsStrong background in MEP systems, coordination, and installation methodologiesProven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teamsExperience in data centre, industrial, or high-tech environments is highly desirableExcellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skillsBenefitsOpportunity to work on major data centre projects across EuropeCollaborative and high-performance team environmentStrong career development and progression pathwaysCompetitive salary package
