Our client is a well-established and thriving specialist mechanical services contractor undertaking the supply and installation of prefabricated and modular mechanical / HVAC, Chilled Water Systems and associated plantrooms and energy solutions across Ireland, The UK and Europe This organisation works across multiple industry sectors but in mainland Europe they specialise within the data centre and similar high-tech markets. Due to continued growth, we are now seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial team from their Amsterdam office You’ll drive commercial strategy, lead project QS teams, and ensure financial and contractual performance across major builds.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all commercial aspects of large-scale MEP projectsManage cost planning, procurement, valuations & riskWork closely with PMs, QSs, and clients to track performanceEnsure profitability and contractual complianceSupport project delivery from pre-construction to final accountWhat You NeedDegree in Quantity Surveying or similar8+ years' post-qualification experience on large MEP projectsStrong commercial & contractual knowledgeExcellent communication, organisation & leadership skillsHigh IT proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook)Fluent in EnglishRight to work in the EU & flexible for travelNice to HaveExperience in the Data Centre sectorWhat We OfferRotational packageFlights & accommodationAnnual leave packageSocial & Wellbeing Committee activities
