Juiced Mechanical & Electrical Ltd is a growing Norfolk-based M&E contractor delivering high-quality mechanical and electrical solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. We are committed to exceptional service, technical excellence, and long-term client partnerships.

We are now looking for an M&E Contracts & Project Manager to take ownership of the full lifecycle of our projects — from contract award to handover — ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

The Role

This is a senior-level position combining both commercial contract management and hands-on project delivery oversight. You will be equally comfortable in the boardroom negotiating terms as you are on site ensuring progress, quality, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Contract & Commercial Management

Negotiate, manage, and administer client and subcontractor contracts (JCT/NEC).
Control budgets, cost forecasts, payment applications, and variations.
Manage project cashflow and ensure commercial risks are minimised.

Project Delivery Oversight

Coordinate M&E design reviews with consultants and clients.
Plan and monitor the M&E programme, ensuring milestones are met.
Oversee M&E subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality workmanship and timely delivery.
Chair progress meetings and report to senior management.

Technical & Compliance

Review and approve technical submittals, drawings, and specifications.
Ensure works comply with building regulations, British Standards, and health & safety legislation.
Lead commissioning, testing, and handover processes.

About You

Essential:

Proven track record as an M&E Contracts Manager, Project Manager, or similar.
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and installation processes.
Excellent contractual and commercial awareness.
Exceptional organisational, leadership, and communication skills.

Desirable:

HNC/HND or Degree in Building Services, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
SMSTS or equivalent safety qualification.
Experience in both residential and commercial sectors.
