Contracts Coordinator (M&E)
Our client a successful and growing business is currently looking to recruit for a Contract Coordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking projects from design stage through to construction handover.

The Role:
- Responsible for coordinating and managing preconstruction meetings with clients and contractors
- Lead coordination across multiple commercial and residential contracts
- Review current project status and resolve issues efficiently and effectively
- Be in constant liaison between design, contractors and internal delivery team
- Work closely with procurement team ensuring products required for projects are on site in line with project requirement
- Presenting project status reports to senior management
- Mentor and guide junior members in the team
Essential Criteria
- A minimum of 3(+) years experience in a M&E contracts / projects coordinating role
- An understanding of mechanical projects in residential and commercial construction
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload
- Occasional travel may be required
