Contracts Coordinator (M&E)

Our client a successful and growing business is currently looking to recruit for a Contract Coordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking projects from design stage through to construction handover.

The Role:

Responsible for coordinating and managing preconstruction meetings with clients and contractors
Lead coordination across multiple commercial and residential contracts
Review current project status and resolve issues efficiently and effectively
Be in constant liaison between design, contractors and internal delivery team
Work closely with procurement team ensuring products required for projects are on site in line with project requirement
Presenting project status reports to senior management
Mentor and guide junior members in the team

Essential Criteria

A minimum of 3(+) years experience in a M&E contracts / projects coordinating role
An understanding of mechanical projects in residential and commercial construction
Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and specifications
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage and prioritise workload
Occasional travel may be required
