They undertake MEP packages on behalf of Tier 1 main contractors across the UK and Europe. Their European team primarily undertakes large HVAC / Mechanical packages on data centre and similar high-tech projects They have just secured a €50m mechanical package of works on a 50 MW data centre project in Frankfurt and we are now seeking an Assistant MEP Quantity Surveyor to join the team From managing subcontractor accounts to keeping costs in check and the numbers tidy, this is a hands-on role for someone who knows their way around MEP packages and isn’t afraid to get stuck into the details.What They’re Looking For:• Experience in MEP or mechanical quantity surveying capacity• Someone commercially sharp, organised, and confident working on large projects as part of a team• Able to assist with variations, payments, and reporting within a fast-paced environment• EU work rights (or visa sorted)Why It’s a Good Role:• Work on a major data centre build with a respected subcontractor• Great team, solid pipeline, and room to grow• Long-term European opportunities for the right candidateThey can offer a Negotiable basic salary, plus full rotational package, bonus +++
