Electrical SupervisorData Centre Construction:Our client is a multi-disciplined main contractor operating across the UK and Europe with a turnover of €750m and sustained annual growth of 5%–7.5%. They deliver large-scale, turnkey projects for blue-chip clients, with a strong focus on data centres and other technology-heavy developments.Due to continued growth and a recent major project win, our client is now seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to support the delivery of electrical services on a flagship data centre project in Düsseldorf, Germany. This is a site-based role working closely with the Electrical Lead and wider project team on a complex, high-value project.Key Duties & Responsibilities• Supervise day-to-day electrical installation works on site• Coordinate and oversee electrical subcontractors and site labour• Ensure works are delivered safely and in line with project RAMS, programme, and quality standards• Support the Electrical Lead with short-term planning, sequencing, and look-ahead scheduling• Monitor progress against programme and report any issues, delays, or resource constraints• Carry out quality inspections to ensure installations meet drawings, specifications, and relevant standards• Assist with the review of technical drawings, method statements, and permits to work• Manage snagging, defect resolution, and punch-list close-out• Support testing, commissioning, and integrated systems testing activities• Maintain accurate site records, daily reports, and as-built documentation• Liaise closely with mechanical, CSA, and commissioning teams to ensure coordinated deliverySalary & Benefits Package• Competitive basic salary• Fully expensed accommodation in Düsseldorf• Allowances package (travel, subsistence, and rotation where applicable)• Pension scheme• Private healthcare• Bonus• Additional benefits and long-term career progression across European data centre projects
