You will be responsible for supervising day-to-day mechanical works on site, coordinating subcontractors, managing safety and quality, and ensuring installation activities are delivered in line with the project programme. Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day mechanical installation activities on siteManage site safety in coordination with the project safety teamCoordinate works with other trades to ensure “right first time” installationTrack progress against programme and manage manpower levelsManage subcontractors, including weekly coordination meetingsImplement and manage snagging and punch list processesIssue labour hours and support time trackingAttend site, planning, coordination, and handover meetingsPrepare and issue weekly progress reports and look-ahead schedulesCoordinate material deliveries in line with the construction programmeAssign work, manage productivity, and meet installation targetsEnsure all works comply with safety, quality, and technical standardsMaintain site records, reports, and photographic diariesRequirementsTrade background with 5–10 years’ experience supervising large mechanical installation teamsProven experience delivering large-scale construction or data centre projectsStrong knowledge of health and safety requirementsExperience working in a design & build environmentGood technical understanding of mechanical systems (electrical awareness beneficial)Basic IT skills for reporting and documentationWhat’s on OfferWork on a major data centre project in GermanyLong-term opportunities with a leading European contractorStructured, professional site environmentCompetitive salary packageCareer development and progression opportunities
