You will take overall responsibility for the delivery of the electrical scope on site, leading teams, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards. Key ResponsibilitiesManage the electrical systems package from installation through to handoverLead site safety in coordination with the project and safety teamsCoordinate the electrical design process with the design teamManage client-supplied electrical equipment and packagesDrive strong health, safety, quality, and environmental standards on siteManage project schedule, costs, and resources for the electrical packageOversee day-to-day site operations and subcontractor activitiesTrack progress against programme and manage staffing levelsManage snagging and ensure timely close-out of punch list itemsPrepare and issue weekly cost and progress reportsCoordinate material deliveries in line with the project scheduleAttend site, planning, coordination, and handover meetingsSupport, coach, and develop the electrical site teamRequirementsTrade background and/or relevant third-level qualificationMinimum 5 years’ experience in a Project Engineer, Electrical Lead, or Package Management roleProven experience delivering large-scale electrical installation projectsStrong knowledge of health and safety and design & build environmentsGood technical understanding of electrical systems (mechanical knowledge beneficial)Strong organisational, reporting, and communication skillsAbility to manage deadlines and drive programme deliveryWhat’s on OfferWork on a major data centre project in GermanyLong-term opportunities with a leading European contractorProfessional, collaborative project environmentCompetitive salary and benefits packageCareer development and progression opportunities
