Safety is embedded at the core of its delivery model, and this role plays a key part in maintaining world-class EHS standards on site.As Health & Safety Advisor, you will work closely with site leadership, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure safe systems of work are implemented, monitored, and continuously improved.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport site management in implementing and maintaining the project EHS management systemMonitor compliance with EU and local H&S legislation, company standards, and client requirementsConduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessmentsReview method statements, RAMS, and permit-to-work systemsDeliver toolbox talks, safety briefings, and site inductionsInvestigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, producing reports and corrective actionsPromote a proactive safety culture across all site activitiesLiaise with subcontractors to ensure consistent safety standards across all packagesSupport project reporting and KPI tracking related to EHS performanceRequirementsRecognised Health & Safety qualification (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent)Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role within construction or engineeringExperience on large-scale projects such as data centres, industrial, pharmaceutical, or commercial buildsStrong working knowledge of EU H&S legislation and best practiceConfident communicator with the ability to influence site teamsProactive, organised, and detail-oriented approachEU passport or full EU right to work essentialWhat’s on Offer€55,000 – €65,000 base salaryFully supported rotational packageAccommodation and travel providedLong-term project pipeline across EuropeStrong career progression within a safety-led organisation
