Operating across hyperscale data centres, enterprise data centres, advanced manufacturing, and fire protection systems, they are recognised for delivering certainty on technically demanding projects across Europe.With a strong pipeline of hyperscale and advanced technology projects, this role offers long-term stability, exposure to cutting-edge infrastructure, and the opportunity to work within a high-performance, safety-led project environment.As Project Manager, you will take full ownership of multiple live projects across one or more data centre campuses, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to exacting quality standards.You will act as the primary interface between internal delivery teams, subcontractors, and the client, managing complex electrical and mechanical scopes while driving a strong culture of safety, quality, and accountability across site operations.This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a live mission-critical environment.Key ResponsibilitiesFull responsibility for the safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery of multiple projects across one or more sitesEnsure all works are delivered in full compliance with project specifications, health & safety requirements, and electrical safety rulesPrepare and issue weekly and monthly project reports, tracking programme performance, cost status, % complete, and baseline varianceMaintain full visibility and control of all live projects through accurate project registers and reporting systemsManage subcontractor procurement, ensuring all vendors are approved and vetted prior to engagementEnsure subcontractor works are delivered in line with agreed execution plans, permits, and safe systems of workCarry out routine site inspections to confirm quality, progress, and compliance with agreed scope and scheduleEstablish detailed project schedules and milestones, ensuring subcontractor valuations align with measured progressMonitor subcontractor resourcing levels to ensure programme milestones are maintainedManage contract budgets and report performance at internal and client-facing meetingsSkills & Experience RequiredMinimum 5+ years’ experience in a Project Manager role within mission-critical or complex engineering environmentsProfessional Project Management qualification or relevant trade/engineering backgroundStrong technical understanding of electrical and mechanical systems typically found in data centres, including– Transformers, generators, and fuel systems– LV/MV switchgear, UPS systems, battery banks– ATS / STS / PDU systems– HVAC, chilled water, and air handling systems– Fire detection, alarm, and suppression systems (including pre-action sprinklers)Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation, risk assessments, and control measuresProven experience managing vendors and subcontractors on technically complex projectsWhat’s on OfferDelivery of flagship hyperscale and advanced technology projectsLong-term European project pipeline and career stabilityStrong safety-led and quality-driven project cultureExcellent salary, allowance, and overseas packageCareer progression into Senior Project Management and Programme Leadership roles
