These are long-term roles offering exposure to some of the most advanced facilities in Europe. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport daily H&S site operations on hyperscale data centresConduct inspections, audits, toolbox talks, inductionsReview RAMS, permits, and ensure compliance with safety proceduresMonitor high-risk activities (MEP, lifting, commissioning, HV/LV works)Promote a strong safety culture across site teams and subcontractorsAssist in incident investigations and corrective action plansRequirements3–5+ years’ H&S experience on construction/MEP projectsNEBOSH or equivalent safety qualificationData centre, pharma or mission-critical experience preferredStrong communication and reporting abilities
