Office Administrator (Part‑time)Location: Sittingbourne, Kent

As we continue to expand our workload and team, we are looking for a reliable and organised part‑time Office Administrator to support our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Issue Purchase Orders (POs) to subcontractors and suppliers.
- Complete and process account setup forms for new suppliers.
- Maintain and manage digital and physical system folders and documentation.
- Pull drawings/documents from archive (or system), and issue them to project or site teams as required.
- Assist the accounts department with general administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and direct or take messages as appropriate.
- Provide general administrative support and ad-hoc assistance to the team when required.
Skills & Experience
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and methodical approach to paperwork and filing.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal — comfortable handling phone calls and liaising with suppliers/subcontractors.
- Basic administrative experience in an office or similar environment.
- Familiarity with construction, M&E, or building‑services sector
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload and work with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable using standard office software (e.g. Word, Excel, email) and ideally some project‑management / document‑control tools.
- Professional, reliable and a team‑player with a flexible and helpful approach.
