Office Administrator (Part‑time)Location: Sittingbourne, Kent

As we continue to expand our workload and team, we are looking for a reliable and organised part‑time Office Administrator to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities

Issue Purchase Orders (POs) to subcontractors and suppliers.
Complete and process account setup forms for new suppliers.
Maintain and manage digital and physical system folders and documentation.
Pull drawings/documents from archive (or system), and issue them to project or site teams as required.
Assist the accounts department with general administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
Answer incoming telephone calls and direct or take messages as appropriate.
Provide general administrative support and ad-hoc assistance to the team when required.

Skills & Experience

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and methodical approach to paperwork and filing.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal — comfortable handling phone calls and liaising with suppliers/subcontractors.
Basic administrative experience in an office or similar environment.
Familiarity with construction, M&E, or building‑services sector
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload and work with minimal supervision.
Comfortable using standard office software (e.g. Word, Excel, email) and ideally some project‑management / document‑control tools.
Professional, reliable and a team‑player with a flexible and helpful approach.
