MEP Lead – Dusseldorf, Germany€120K–€130K + Accommodation + Transport + Rotation + €32,000 Annual Living AllowanceA leading European engineering & construction contractor is seeking an exceptional MEP Lead to oversee full Mechanical & Electrical delivery on a major €40M–€60M data centre project in Dusseldorf.You’ll spearhead complex MEP systems on one of Europe’s most advanced mission-critical builds across Data Centres, Advanced Technology, and Life Sciences. The RoleYou’ll take full ownership of MEP delivery from design through commissioning, ensuring all technical, safety, schedule, and quality requirements are met.Lead, manage & mentor the full MEP teamOversee Mechanical, Electrical & Fire Protection packagesCoordinate with design, engineering, procurement & construction teamsDrive weekly planning, audits, EHS & QA meetingsManage subcontractors, materials, and installation sequencesEnsure compliance with all standards, procedures & specificationsInterface with the client on all MEP mattersTrack progress, implement recovery strategies & report to senior leadershipWhat You NeedEngineering degree or recognised MEP trade background10+ years delivering large MEP packages on major projectsStrong data centre or mission-critical experienceProven leadership of multidisciplinary MEP teamsExcellent technical, planning & client-facing skillsAbility to drive quality, safety, schedule & cost performancePackage€120K–€130K + Accommodation + Transport + Rotation + €32,000 Annual Living Allowance Accommodation + Transport ProvidedPipeline of long-term European projects
