Revit Engineer (Building Services / M&E) – Contract

Location: Central London (Hybrid Working – Minimum 3 Days per Week in Office)
Contract Type: 3-Month Rolling Contract
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 Hours per Day

Interlinx is seeking a skilled Revit Engineer to join our clients Design Team on a 3-month rolling contract basis. The successful candidate will support the delivery of multiple Building Services and M&E projects across critical infrastructure sectors, including works for National Grid and Heathrow Airport.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with a minimum of three days per week based in our Central London office and the remainder working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Produce and maintain detailed Revit models for Building Services and M&E installations.
Develop coordinated 3D models in accordance with project requirements and BIM standards.
Work closely with design engineers, project managers, and other disciplines to ensure accurate and coordinated project delivery.
Generate drawings, schedules, and technical documentation from Revit models.
Participate in design reviews, and coordination meetings.
Support the delivery of multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and programme requirements.
Ensure all modelling work complies with client specifications, industry standards, and project BIM execution plans.

Requirements

Essential

Proven experience using Autodesk Revit within a Building Services or M&E environment.
Experience producing detailed MEP models and associated drawings.
Strong understanding of BIM processes and coordinated design delivery.
Ability to work independently and manage workload across multiple projects.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Desirable

Experience working on infrastructure, utilities, aviation, or regulated sector projects.
Previous experience supporting projects for National Grid, Heathrow Airport, or similar high-profile clients.

Software Requirements

It would be beneficial for candidates to have access to their own Autodesk Revit licence; however, a licence can be provided by the client if required.

Contract Details

3-month rolling contract with potential for extension.
Monday to Friday, 8-hour working days.
Hybrid working arrangement with a minimum of 3 office-based days per week in Central London.
