Salary: Up to TBC per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, no weekends

You will support estimating activities, review technical documentation, completion certificates and contractor submissions, and assess the quality of completed works.
You will witness and report on testing and commissioning activities across mechanical, electrical, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, identifying any deficiencies.
Qualifications: You will be educated to a minimum City and Guilds or Ordinary National Certificate level, or equivalent, in a relevant discipline, preferably supported by professional membership such as the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers. You must have, or be eligible to obtain, Ministry of Defence security clearance.
Experience: You will have experience of mechanical and electrical systems, building regulations, construction design and management requirements, surveying activities, scope development, pricing works and reviewing contractor quotations to ensure value for money.
Skills: You will be able to analyse technical survey data, communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders, produce clear written scopes of work, support commissioning activities and deliver high quality customer focused outcomes.
