Electrical Maintenance Engineer –Building Services –London Bridge– up to £50,000 - No Call Out
An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in London Bridge has arisen!
Joselyn Search are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work as part of an engineering team based across a commercial estate.
The ideal candidate will have experience carrying out planned and reactive building maintenance within a large commercial building environment and will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance with a proven track record in commercial building services.
This position would be ideal for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a strong multiskilled engineering background who is currently in a similar position. In return the company are offering a competitive salary up to £50,000 with a potential route into further career progression. There is no call out required for this position.
Key duties & Responsibilities
· Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
· Emergency lighting tests
· Control Panels
· Changing Ballast
· BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
· Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
· Maintain and update Log books
Hours of Work & Package Info
· Monday to Friday - 08:00 / 17:00
· Basic Salary of up to £50,000
. No Call Out Required
· 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
Requirements
· Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3
· City & Guilds - 18th Edition
