ELECTRICAL PROJECT MANAGER – SWEDEN€110,000 - €120,000 + Package + Accommodation + Rotation + Travel + €1,200 Net Living Allowance We are working with a leading data centre delivery contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Project Manager to support a major hyperscale project in Eskilstuna, Sweden. This is a site-based leadership role overseeing electrical delivery across a technically complex mission-critical project. You will take ownership of the electrical package from pre-construction through installation, commissioning, and handover, managing teams, subcontractors, programme delivery, and client interfaces across a major data centre build.The RoleLead and manage electrical construction activities across the full project lifecycleCoordinate electrical design, procurement, installation, and commissioning activitiesManage subcontractors, supervisors, and site teams to drive safe and efficient deliveryMonitor progress, productivity, programme milestones, and budget performanceDrive quality, health & safety, and compliance standards across all electrical worksChair weekly coordination meetings with project stakeholders and support reporting requirementsManage labour planning, material forecasting, long-lead procurement, and change controlSupport commercial teams with variations, risk management, and project closeout activitiesCoordinate with QA/QC, BIM, and commissioning teams to ensure smooth project deliveryAbout YouStrong background in Electrical Project Management within M&E contractingExperience delivering large-scale data centre, industrial, or mission-critical projectsStrong knowledge of electrical systems, programme delivery, and subcontractor managementCommercially aware with strong leadership and stakeholder management skillsAble to manage complex projects in a fast-paced site environment
