QAQC Manager – Denmark – Data CentreWe are currently partnering with a bespoke Fire, Security and IT Solutions design, installation and support provider operation on Major Construction and Mission Critical projects across Europe. Due to continued success, they are seeking a QAQC Manager to join them on a Data Centre Project in Denmark.ResponsibilitiesLead MEP QA/QC on Site-Based Data Centre ConstructionTake full ownership of mechanical and electrical quality across live construction activities, ensuring all installations are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications, and stringent data centre standards.Manage Inspections, Snagging & Quality VerificationOversee daily inspections, walkthroughs, and snagging of MEP installations (HVAC, pipework, containment, cabling, plant), ensuring works are installed correctly first time and defects are closed out efficiently.Control ITPs & Site Quality RecordsImplement and manage Inspection & Test Plans, check sheets, and site quality documentation, ensuring accurate sign-off, traceability, and readiness for progressive system handover.Coordinate with Construction Teams & SubcontractorsWork closely with supervisors, package managers, and subcontractors on site to drive quality standards, resolve installation issues, and ensure consistent workmanship across all MEP trades.Support Pre-Commissioning & Physical HandoverEnsure systems are mechanically and electrically complete, properly installed, and ready for pre-commissioning activities, with all physical QA checks completed ahead of testing and client handover.RequirementsMust have relevant Degree level qualifications or equivalent trades’ background5+ years experience in a similar position on large scale construction projects including Data CentresMust have EU Passport or Danish RTWBenefits€80,000 - €100,000 + Accommodation, Rotation, Flights, Travel, Healthcare, Pension, Overseas allowanceKeywordsQAQC Manager, Mechanical, Electrical, Quality, Construction, MEP, Data Centre, Contractor, Denmark, Fredericia
