Mechanical QC Lead – Denmark€110,000 - €120,000 + Accommodation + Rotation + Travel + €1,300 Net Living Allowance PerWe’re working with a leading international engineering contractor delivering a flagship data centre project in Denmark, and are looking to appoint a Mechanical QC Lead to take ownership of all mechanical quality activities on site. This is a key role on a large-scale, mission-critical project, offering long-term progression and the opportunity to influence quality standards from install through to handover.You’ll lead all Mechanical Quality Control activities, ensuring installations meet design specifications and are delivered to the highest standards across HVAC, piping, and mechanical systems.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee mechanical installation quality across HVAC, piping, and process systems Carry out inspections (pre-install, in-progress, and final) Manage RFIs, punch lists, and QC documentation Work closely with site teams to resolve quality issues quickly Support commissioning, testing, and system handover Identify issues early and drive efficient close-out Act as the main point of contact for mechanical quality queries Maintain momentum and quality performance across all phases About YouStrong experience in Mechanical QC on major construction projects Background in data centres, pharma, semiconductor, or industrial projects Solid knowledge of QA/QC processes and EU construction standards Experience supporting commissioning and handover Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills Calm, structured, and solution-focused approach What’s on OfferExcellent salary + package (negotiable) Rotation, accommodation, and travel fully covered Flagship European data centre project Full end-to-end M&E delivery exposure Strong long-term career progression Opportunity to have real impact on project quality outcomes
