With a reputation for delivering high-quality building services solutions across complex and large-scale developments, the company operates across a diverse portfolio including commercial, residential, life sciences, and mixed-use projects.Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, our client is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to join the team, initially delivering a £65m commercial and mixed-use development in Shepherds Bush, West London.The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing all on-site electrical activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading contractor with long-term career progression across a variety of high-profile London-based projects.The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure all electrical installations are delivered in line with design intent, programme requirements, and safety standards.Key Responsibilities• Manage and oversee all electrical site activities on a £65m commercial and mixed-use development in Shepherds Bush• Supervise site teams and specialist subcontractors delivering electrical packages including containment, cabling, LV systems, lighting, and associated infrastructure• Ensure all electrical works are delivered in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and programme milestones• Monitor site progress and coordinate works to maintain project schedules• Promote and enforce a strong health & safety culture across all electrical activities• Conduct regular site inspections, toolbox talks, and ensure compliance with company policies and UK regulations• Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and other trades to resolve technical and sequencing issues• Maintain strict quality control procedures and ensure installations meet required standards• Assist in the preparation and implementation of method statements and risk assessments• Maintain accurate site records including daily reports, progress updates, and QA documentation• Support testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical systemsIn Return, Our Client OffersCompetitive basic salaryTravel allowanceBonus structurePrivate healthcarePensionOpportunity to join a £1bn turnover MEP contractor delivering high-profile projects across London, with clear long-term career progression
