Position: M&E Shift Engineer
Location: Hammersmith – Iconic Commercial Building
Hours: 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights, 7:00am – 7:00pm / 7:00pm – 7:00am)
Salary: £55,000 per annum + Overtime

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an M&E Shift Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management service provider, working within an iconic commercial building in Hammersmith.

The Role Overview
As the M&E Shift Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across all building services systems. Working within a shift team, you will ensure the smooth operation of electrical and mechanical systems within this prestigious environment.
What you’ll do:Carry out PPMs across electrical and mechanical systems
Respond to reactive maintenance issues quickly and effectively
Perform fault finding and diagnostics on M&E systems
Ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
Work collaboratively with the wider engineering team
What you’ll bring to the role:Electrical qualifications (essential)
Good working knowledge of mechanical building services
Experience within commercial building maintenance
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability
Ability to work effectively within a shift environment
