Salary: £35,000 to £45,000
Role Overview
We are recruiting experienced Multi-Traders to work across domestic and residential housing projects, covering both private and social housing. This role is ideal for a skilled Multi-Trader, Carpenter, or Handyman with a background in construction and property maintenance.
As a Multi-Trader, you will carry out a variety of tasks including carpentry, painting & decorating, plumbing, tiling, and general construction work. You will work independently or as part of a team to deliver high-quality workmanship and ensure customer satisfaction on all housing projects. The successful Multi-Trader will have a practical construction background and be comfortable working across multiple trades within the housing sector.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Multi-Trader, Carpenter, or Handyman
- Background in construction, property maintenance, or housing refurbishment
- Skilled in carpentry, painting, decorating, plumbing, tiling, and general construction
- Experience working within private and social housing
