M&E Supervisor – Client Side
Up to £50,000 + 10% Bonus | 25 Days Holiday | Major Progression
Client-side role – no managing agent / contractor middleman. You’ll be working directly for the end client, overseeing multiple modern office and co-shared workspace sites.
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced M&E Supervisor with a strong electrical background to take ownership of day-to-day M&E operations across a small portfolio of high-quality office and co-shared space environments.
This is a hands-on position combined with office-based responsibilities – ideal for someone who enjoys being on the tools when needed, while also managing works, contractors, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising M&E operations across multiple sites
- Carrying out hands-on maintenance and fault-finding (electrical bias)
- Managing PPMs, reactive works, and statutory compliance
- Overseeing contractors and specialist sub-contractors
- Supporting projects, upgrades, and minor works
- Completing reports, documentation, and general office admin
- Acting as the on-site technical lead and point of contact
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an M&E Supervisor / Lead Engineer (Preferred)
- Strong electrical background (Preferred)
- Comfortable working both on the tools and in an office environment
- Experience in offices, commercial buildings, or shared workspaces preferred
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Technically minded with a proactive attitude
