Electrical Integration ManagerLocation: Sines, Setúbal, PortugalJob Type: Full-time | On-site We are recruiting an Integration Manager to support the delivery of a large-scale data centre project in Portugal. This is a key on-site role, responsible for bringing together design, construction, commissioning, and client teams to ensure smooth coordination across all disciplines. The successful candidate will manage interfaces between CSA, MEP, telecoms, and commissioning activities, helping the project progress safely, efficiently, and in line with programme milestones. Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and track integration activities across all project stagesAct as the main point of contact for integration planning, progress, and reportingManage construction phasing across CSA and MEP systemsProduce bi-weekly progress reports covering design, procurement, construction, and handoverDevelop and maintain the Integration Execution PlanChair internal and client-facing integration meetingsEnsure telecom material procurement processes are followedCoordinate with the client on snagging, commissioning, and handoverParticipate in design workshops and coordination meetingsSupport installation planning, site onboarding, method statements, and H&S documentationPromote and enforce high Health & Safety standards across all integration activitiesRequirementsDegree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related disciplineMinimum 5+ years’ experience in on-site project managementStrong background in data centre or pharmaceutical projects preferredSolid understanding of MEP and CSA coordinationExperience working in fast-paced, multi-discipline environmentsTelecoms integration experience is a strong advantageExcellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skillsPackage & Benefits€100,000 – €110,000 salaryAccommodation providedRotation scheduleTravel covered€1,000 net monthly living allowanceOpportunity to work on a major European data centre projectLong-term career progression in a growing sector
