Commissioning Package Manager€100,000 - €110,000 + Accommodation + Rotation/ Flights + Travel + 38K living allowance Location: Zurich, SwitzerlandType: Full-Time | On-SiteSector: Data Centres | Mission-Critical InfrastructureA leading European construction and engineering specialist is seeking an experienced Commissioning Package Manager to lead commissioning activities on a large-scale data centre project in Zurich.You will be responsible for managing the full commissioning scope on site, coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and the client to ensure all systems are tested, commissioned, and handed over safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full commissioning scope on site, from planning through to close-outDevelop, manage, and close the project commissioning plan and scheduleLead and manage commissioning and testing teams on siteChair daily and weekly commissioning meetings and report progress internally and externallyCoordinate commissioning activities with construction teams, package managers, vendors, and the clientManage commissioning tagging, lock-out/tag-out (LOTO), and area control processesOversee Factory Witness Testing (FWT) and main plant vendor activitiesTrack commissioning progress, resources, and staffing levels against the scheduleManage snagging and ensure timely close-out of all commissioning-related defectsCompile, review, and sign off all testing and commissioning documentationSupport cost control for commissioning activities, including subcontractors, plant, equipment, and variationsEnsure all commissioning activities comply with health, safety, and quality standardsRequirementsStrong experience in a Commissioning Management or Package Management roleBackground in data centres or other mission-critical environments preferredSolid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems commissioningProven ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and vendorsStrong planning, coordination, and reporting skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsWhat’s on OfferWork on a high-profile data centre project in SwitzerlandLong-term opportunities with a leading European contractorCollaborative, professional project environmentCompetitive salary and benefits packageCareer development and progression opportunities
