Site Supervisor - UK Wide Renewable Energy Projects (2026) Location: United Kingdom Contract Type: Contract / 6 months + Project Start: 2026 Rates: £350-£400 a day Turner Lovell is recruiting experienced Site Supervisors to join major renewable energy and energy infrastructure projects across the UK. You will play a key role in supporting the Site Manager to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all on-site activities and lead trades including civil, M&E, and HV teams.
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.
- Support the Site Manager in coordinating subcontractors, project teams, and clients.
- Monitor compliance with HSEQ procedures, site safety regulations, and CDM duties.
- Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, and provide updates to the Site Manager.
- Assist with the management of technical queries (TQs), RFIs, and site inspections.
- Promote a collaborative, safety-first culture among all site teams.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on medium to large-scale construction or energy projects.
- Knowledge of civil, M&E, and/or HV construction activities.
- Strong understanding of HSEQ procedures, site safety, and CDM regulations.
- Valid site safety certifications (e.g., SMSTS, SSSTS, CSCS, CCNSG).
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Client-facing experience advantageous.
- DNO/ TSO Authorisations - (SSE, SPEN, National Grid, UKPN)
