The Opportunity

We are representing a leading Tier 1 main contractor with a strong reputation for delivering complex, high quality projects across the UK. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Building Services Manager to take ownership of the MEP delivery on a landmark multi block residential development in Brighton.

The project carries a £20 million MEP package and a three year construction programme, offering long term stability, genuine responsibility, and the chance to play a pivotal role in shaping a major residential scheme from start to finish.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead all MEP delivery across multiple residential blocks• Drive coordination between design, commercial, and construction teams to ensure seamless integration• Manage Tier 1 M and E subcontractors, ensuring safe, efficient, and high quality delivery• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of all building services systems• Act as the senior technical authority for all building services matters on site

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience as a Building Services Manager or Senior BSM on large scale residential or mixed use developments• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and public health systems• Confidence managing complex MEP coordination and Tier 1 subcontractor performance• Excellent leadership and communication skills• Proactive, solutions focused mindset with a commitment to high standards
