We’re partnered with a leading Facilities Management and Building Services provider who are looking for an M&E Manager to oversee a flagship commercial property in the heart of Victoria.
As the on-site lead, you’ll be responsible for managing a team of 10 engineers, ensuring all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance is delivered to the highest standard. This is a key role within a well-established business that invests heavily in their people, offering funded training, career progression, and excellent internal benefits.
The Role
- Lead and manage a team of 10 engineers across a large commercial building.
- Oversee day-to-day M&E operations, ensuring compliance and smooth delivery of services.
- Ensure all PPM schedules and reactive works are completed to strict SLAs and quality standards.
- Manage contractors and liaise with clients to maintain strong relationships.
- Drive continuous improvement in service delivery, safety, and team performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an M&E / Technical Services Manager within FM or building services.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of mechanical and electrical building systems.
- Ability to oversee compliance, budgets, and reporting.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
