Preparing and evaluating supplier and sub-contractor enquiries.
Preparation and issuing of contract documents to the supply chain.
Financial and contractual control of sub-contractor accounts.
Providing detailed data and analysis of project issues and commercial risks.
Authorising the issuance of contracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
Managing sub-contractor accounts, including variations and final account negotiations.
Submitting monthly valuations and agreeing on payment certificates with the Main Contractor/Client.
Identifying, submitting, and agreeing variations with the Client.
Internal reporting on project performance, including CVRs and cost forecasting.

M&E Quantity Surveyor Requirements:

Hold a degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
3–5+ years of commercial experience specifically within the MEP/Building Services sector.
Proficient in reviewing technical drawings for variations, valuations, and take-offs.
Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in MS Excel.
