HVAC Sales Manager – Installation & Maintenance Services | South West London (Hybrid)

Location: South West London (Hybrid – field & home-based)
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 base + OTE £80,000 – £90,000 uncapped
Car Allowance: £550/month

We’re looking for a highly driven HVAC Sales professional with a strong background in selling installation and maintenance services to consultants and end users . This is a rare opportunity to set up and lead a new HVAC division for an established M&E contractor, giving you the platform, backing, and autonomy to build something from the ground up.

About the Role

As the HVAC Sales Manager , you’ll take ownership of launching a brand-new HVAC desk , targeting commercial projects across South London and surrounding areas . With your strong network of industry contacts , you’ll identify opportunities, pitch tailored HVAC solutions, and convert them into long-term partnerships for both install and service.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment with the ability to shape strategy, define success, and be a key player in business growth.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop and drive new business across installation and maintenance of HVAC systems
✅ Leverage existing contacts with M&E consultants, FM companies, property developers, and end users
✅ Attend site visits, assess project needs, and produce accurate proposals
✅ Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to handover
✅ Collaborate with internal operations and delivery teams to ensure seamless service
✅ Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking functions
✅ Provide regular reporting to senior management on pipeline, performance, and forecasts

✅ What You’ll Bring

✔ Proven HVAC sales experience – ideally from a contractor or building services background
✔ A strong network ("black book") of relevant contacts within South London & the surrounding area
✔ Experience selling install and maintenance services for HVAC systems
✔ Excellent technical understanding of air conditioning, ventilation, and heating systems
✔ Confident communicator and negotiator with commercial awareness
✔ Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously
✔ Based in or near South London with good local area knowledge
